• Providing context for requirements analysis and design definition
• Utilizing strategic thinking to help the organization envision potential solutions that deliver value

We will be reviewing the Strategy Analysis knowledge area based on the BABOK® Guide, including some of the key techniques that you can utilize when performing Strategy Analysis on your initiatives.
