As many organizations do for their executives, Bluegrass IIBA Chapter is taking our entire Global BA Community on a Retreat. The purpose of this retreat is to rejuvenate, regenerate, rebuild and refresh your business analysis skills to cope with the changing environment that the coronavirus, the great resignation and other disruptions have brought to our business environment for 2022 and beyond.

Our retreat will contain:

Morning Keynote: Keith Ellis, Chief Engagement and Growth Officer, International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®)

                              IIBA Perspectives on the Future of Business Analysis   {Presentation abstract}

Closing Keynote: Tracy Graf, CEO / Certified Virtual Trainer Facilitator, Fuse - Igniting Communication

                             How to be an Innovation Change Maker      {Presentation abstract}

Tracks:

BA in Products: With many organizations changing their mindset from running projects to developing products, this track will

                            highlight how business analysts provide value to the development and maintenance of products throughout

                            the product lifecycle.

 BA Toolbelt: Just like Batman's toolbelt, business analysts take specific tools, competencies, techniques from their toolbelt at the

                      time they are needed to show their BA super power.

 BA Specialties: Many business analysts have a generalized BA career; however, their are many specialized areas to which you

                           can drive your BA career. This track focuses on the skills and competencies needed to specialize in these areas.
